I agree this is a smokin' hot image (such a cute face & hot young muscular body!!), but unfortunately I do suspect Photoshopping here.
Take a look at the hands. Don't the fingers on the closer hand seem rather a bit dissimilar somehow to the fingers wrapped around his tool (or at least of what we can extrapolate about those fingers based upon what we can see handling his cock)? I also don't have the impression that the penis was experiencing the same lighting as the torso somehow.
Alternatively, maybe the camera had an unusual lens in it (perhaps making features closer to it look proportionately larger than they actually were in relation to features further from the lens)??
Obviously I'm speculating (since I don't know much about the mechanics of photography), but count me as another who loves the photo, but scratches his head as he drools with lust....
