I honestly cannot tell if this is a shot from a video (probably) or some sort of elaborate photo-shoot set-up. Either way, with this image, it's an attention getter. The shoe (boot?) doesn't quite look right. And those are somewhat tailored prison duds with one up-turned collar. And the odds of having two 'cousins' at your service is unusual, unless this was taken at some Arkansas detention facility, in which case it could be standard. - Montana Cowboy
